And interestingly enough, I started this blog earlier in the day, went to work and then to Boyscouts to watch my youngest get his "Tenderfoot" and came home to a phone call from my sister telling me that my mom has a very aggressive and rare form of skin cancer (Merkel Cell Carcinoma) and we are almost certain is already in her lymph nodes (they are swollen). She will have a  CT scan tomorrow to see if it has spread elsewhere. Remember my Mother's Day blog about this wonderful lady just a few weeks back?? We never know down what path God will lead us next, do we? We will, as a family, covet your prayers...and be sure that I will keep you informed!
