$10 school physicals and techie freebies...like faxing for free

If you live in the triad area and your kids go to a school that requires sports physicals, the Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center on Willard Dairy Road is offering $10 exams one day only, May 19 @4:30-7:30 pm. No appointment in necessary. All money will be donated back to the school's athletic department!! We have to pay $20 for an office visit with our regular doctor, so this is a great deal and the exam will be good for a full year.
